1. Platform Transparency

Zilivo AI provides a user-friendly interface and workflow layer for advanced third-party AI image and video models. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by the underlying model providers. Model names, when referenced, are used only to describe supported generation options or integrations.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Zilivo AI to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content.
• Sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits, harms, or endangers children.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, face swaps, deepfakes, or impersonation intended to deceive or harm.
• Illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, extremist, or self-harm content.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.
• Fraud, phishing, scams, malware, credential theft, spam, or attempts to bypass security systems.
• Content that requests instructions for weapons, illegal drugs, evading law enforcement, or other harmful conduct.

3. Prompt and Upload Moderation

Prompts and uploads may be reviewed by automated safety systems before generation. We may reject prompts, block generation requests, remove content, restrict account access, or suspend service when activity appears to violate this policy or applicable law.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, references, and generated outputs you create.
• You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process any images, videos, or other materials.
• You must not use generated outputs in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• You must comply with applicable laws and the terms of any underlying model provider or integration.

5. Enforcement

We may take action at our discretion to protect users, model providers, payment partners, and the platform. This may include refusing a generation request, deleting content, limiting features, suspending an account, or reporting illegal activity when required by law.
